The Coffeyville boys improve to 4-1 with a win at Pittsburg 64-55.
Pittsburg would control the game early with the Nado struggling to find any rhythm on offense. The Nado shot 11 more times than the Dragons in the first half but only made one more basket shooting 30% from the field. Despite the offensive struggles Coffeyville would lead by one 24-23 at the half.
Jake Horner would take over for the Nado in the third and extend Coffeyville's lead up to 12. Horner scored 10 of his 20 points in the third. The Dragons weren't going away easily and went on a 9-0 run to start the fourth quarter. With the lead down to three, KeShawn Hayes would hit a massive three to get the lead back to six and put a stop to the Dragon's run. Hayes also finished with 20, scoring 10 in the fourth.
The Nado boys are back in action agianst rival Independence on January 7th.
