The Red Raven football season will come to an end this weekend, with CCC in bowl action down in Texas.

 

The No. 7 ranked team in the nation will match up with the No. 6 Navarro Bulldogs in the Champs Heart of Texas Bowl, in a matchup of Kansas league champion against Texas league champion.

 

Head Coach Nick Dobler says it's a great feeling to be playing football in December.

 

Navarro enters the matchup 8-2 on the season, and winners of six in a row entering the game. Dobler says at this point of the season, every team is one of the best.

 

Many players will be moving on to Division 1 and other four year universities following the final game together at CCC. Dobler says he wants his team to give him one final Raven performance.
