A Montgomery County matchup kicks off the high school basketball season, with the Caney Valley Bullpups hosting the Field Kindley Golden Tornado.

 

The Lady Pups are looking for another successful season, after a 10-7 campaign a year ago. Head Coach Emily Washburn says it's a team with a lot of potential.

 

The boys team is looking for more consistency, after a six win season that saw many ups and downs over the year. Head Coach Matt Washburn says the team's experience in the backcourt could provide a spark.
