A Red Raven sophomore has been named the KJCCC Conference Player of the Week.

 

Point guard Brian Griffith was the best scorer in the conference this past week, scoring a career-high 29 points in a win over Independence, before a new career-high 30 in a win over Arkansas State-Newport.

 

Griffith shot 52% from the field in the two games, and converted on six of 13 3-point attempts.

 

The sophomore is averaging 14.9 points per game this season, and leads the team in scoring thus far this season.

 

Brian and the Ravens travel to Hutchinson and Garden City this week, looking to remain unbeaten in league play.
