The second round of the Kansas High School Football playoffs conclude tonight, with the West Elk Patriots looking for their tenth win of the season.
West Elk is looking to keep their undefeated season alive, matching up with the Indians of Little River tonight. This is a rematch of last season's playoff game, in which the Patriots won 72-60.
Head Coach Chris Haag says Little River doesn't make many mistakes.
West Elk is currently ranked 6th in the state in 8-man Division 1, with Little River right behind in 7th. Haag says this is what all the work builds up to.
Kickoff has been moved up due to the threat of weather in the area tonight. The game kicks off at 5 p.m. tonight in Howard.
