After an intense opening weekend split in Missouri, the Red Raven men's basketball team prepares to play in front of their home crowd for the first time this season.

 

Coffeyville lost a thriller to Moberly Area 82-78 on Friday night, before responding with an eight point win over Shawnee on Saturday. Head Coach Jay Herkelman says the team was battle tested with the quality of opponent.

 

Transfer point guard Justin Taylor led the team with 42 total points over the weekend, while freshman Rashid Kuta added a double-double on Saturday with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

 

The Red Ravens welcome Allen County to Nellis Hall, a team they matched up with in a preseason scrimmage. Herkelman says there are a few things they'll look for from the Red Devils.
