The Caney Valley Bullpups season comes to an end after a playoff loss to the Council Grove Braves 35-14.
Traxcyn Garton had a rushing touchdown for the Bullpups, and Layne Denny found Ben Matthews for an 81-yard touchdown in the 4th quarter, but the combination of Luke Stewart to Landon Dody was huge for Council Grove. Ace Monihen also provided some big rushing yards for the Braves offense.
Council Grove will take on Silver Lake in the next round of the playoffs, while Caney's season ends at 6-3.
