Three different Montgomery County schools have senior night on the football field in Week 8, including the Cherryvale Chargers hosting the Fredonia Yellow Jackets in the High School Game of the Week.

 

Both teams are coming off of big wins, with Fredonia pulling off an overtime comeback against Riverton, and Cherryvale putting 50 points up in a win over Bluestem.

 

Yellow Jackets Head Coach Marc Svaty says he expects a battle tonight.

 

Cherryvale will be celebrating their senior class, which features many players with three full seasons of varsity experience. Head Coach Daniel Vaughn says a special group is departing the program.
