The 2024-25 basketball season is just 10 days away, and the Lady Ravens have been projected in sixth place in the conference.

 

Head Coach Tony Turner enters his 6th season leading the program, having led the team to the championship game and quarterfinals of the Region VI Tournament the past two seasons.

 

Defending national champion Hutchinson is the favorite to win the conference, with Dodge City in second, Barton third, Garden City in fourth, and Butler rounding out the Top 5.

 

Turner says the key to competing with the other contenders is having the sophomores step up.

 

Coffeyville has earned wins over each of the Top 5 teams in the past two seasons. Turner says the team needs to minimize off court distractions to keep pace.

 

CCC opens the season at home against Connors State College on November 1st at 7 p.m.
