The Mulvane offense just too much for the Nado to overcome as they fall 44-28.
Coffeyville would get things started on their first drive as Trenton Akins would take it 42 yards for the first score of the game. Josh Shobe added the two point conversion to make it an 8-0 lead. Mulvane would answer right back with a 30 yard run by Fisher Dye. Both teams would fail to score on their second drive but both find the endzone in one play on drive number three. Aaron Tunstall on a 67 yard touchdown and Manny Myers answered with a 73 yard run. The Wildcats would add one more to take a 22-16 lead into halftime.
The Nado would tie things up on a 53 yard touchdown run by Tunstall. After the tie Mulvane would pull away on the legs of Myers, who ended with 223 yards and three touchdowns. The Nado ran for 401 yards on 42 carries. Tunstall had 219 and Akins added 137 and both scored two touchdowns.
Coffeyville ends the regular season with Fort Scott next week at home.
