The annual preseason men's basketball Jamboree at Coffeyville Community College is this weekend.

 

Numerous schools and academies from around the area will be at Nellis Hall to participate in one final round of exhibitions before the start of the regular season.

 

CCC Head Coach Jay Herkelman says this weekend will be a little different from their previous scrimmages.

 

Every player on the Raven roster will get playing time this weekend, but Herkelman says there are a few to keep an eye out for if you are a fan.

 

Teams are still searching for their identity at this stage of the season. Herkelman says there's lots of work to do, but he's happy with what he sees.

 

The Ravens will be in action at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sunday in Nellis West. There will be games at 10, 11:30, 1, and 2:30 in each of the two gyms. Admission to the Jamboree is $5.
