Kansas City took care of business on their home field, suffocating the New Orleans offense in a 26-13 win over the Saints.

 

The Chiefs move to 5-0 on the season with the win, one of two remaining unbeaten teams in the NFL. Kareem Hunt got the scoring started on the opening drive, scoring his first touchdown as a Chief since 2018.

 

Kansas City received big production from a pair of veterans in Hunt and wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes they will continue to need players to step up with the current injuries.

 

Kansas City enters their bye week without a loss, and will return to the field on October 20th when they travel to California for a Super Bowl rematch with the San Francisco 49ers.
