A Saturday afternoon matchup against Christ Prep Academy in Overland Park ends in a 43-8 defeat for the Caney Valley Bullpups. 
 
 Christ Prep, led by a team of fifteen seniors, took control in the second quarter, to keep their unbeaten season alive. 
 

 After a scoreless first quarter, Christ Prep scored four touchdowns in the second quarter, and Caney scored their only touchdown of the game with 2:02 to go in the first half, as the Patriots held a 29-8 lead into halftime. Boone White scored the lone TD for the Pups, who fell to 2-2 on the season. 
 

 Christ Prep shut out the Pup offense in the second half to secure the win; their record improves to 4-0. 
 

 Christ Prep will travel to Coffeyville Friday night to take on the Nado. Caney will return home for homecoming to take on Cherryvale.
