The Red Ravens return to the friendly confines for the first time in 2024, battling Garden City.

 

CCC is 2-0 on the early season, with wins over Kansas Wesleyan JV and Cisco.

 

Garden City presents the Ravens with their toughest test of the season, presenting a strong offensive line and dynamic quarterback in Tyler Nelson. Head coach Nick Dobler says the Ravens will need to be ready to stop the run.

 

CCC and Garden are each among the leaders in the conference in rushing yards per game, as well as run defense, so it will be a matchup of strengths. Dobler says the physicality the matchup brings is expected in the Jayhawk.
