An injured Chiefs wide receiver is nearing his return to the field.

 

Hollywood Brown is progressing well from a dislocated shoulder he suffered in the opening preseason game on August 10th.

 

Head coach Andy Reid wouldn't commit to Brown playing this weekend against the Bengals, but did admit that Brown is nearing his return to the field. Brown was signed to a one year deal worth up to $11 million, and showcases premiere speed at the position.

 

Brown was a first round pick in 2018 by the Baltimore Ravens, and provides depth and a deep threat that Kansas City has lacked since the departure of Tyreek Hill.
