The Red Raven volleyball team saw mixed results at a weekend tournament in Iowa.
CCC competed in the Marshalltown Community College Tiger Invite, and participated in four matches across the two-day tournament. The team went 1-1 on both Friday and Saturday.
On the opening day of the tournament, the team dropped a match to North Iowa CC, before bouncing back with a straight sets victory over St. Louis CC. Saturday saw a four set defeat to Western Iowa Tech CC, and a four set victory over Olive-Harvey College.
The Lady Ravens are 3-7 on the season, and 0-1 in Jayhawk conference play. The team will be back in action tomorrow night on the road, against the Highland Scotties.
