The Caney Valley Bullpups travel to Humboldt tonight to take on the Cubs in Tri Valley Football action.
Humboldt has a two game winning streak against Caney, but Head Coach Criss Davis says he appreciates the strong competition early in the season for the benefits later on.
Davis, who is entering his 39th season in the Bullpup organization, says the best results come from being satisfied with what you see in yourself.
Senior Ben Matthews will be in the starting lineup after missing the Jamboree due to precautionary measures.
