Area youth in Southeast Kansas and Northeast Oklahoma will be able to watch the Red Raven football team in 2024 free of charge.
CCC Athletic Director Bryce Saia says children from numerous area schools will be able to qualify for free admission to Veterans Memorial Stadium, if accompanied by a parent.
The Red Ravens will also be holding a fan event during the last home game of the season. Saia says for the Independence game, the football program will be giving back to Montgomery County.
Red Raven football has their home opener next weekend against Garden City, which will also be Skip Foster Appreciation Day, in which the Foster family will be recognized and the legacy of Skip Foster honored during halftime.
