A pair of Red Raven powerlifters recently competed at the World University Powerlifting Championships.
Micah Barron and Nic Flores both took part in the 2024 FISU Championships held in Tartu Estonia from July 23rd through the 27th. More than 40 countries were represented at the Championships.
Both Barron and Flores were able to compete at the World Championships after qualifying for the USA team this past spring at the Collegiate Championships.
Barron will continue his career at Friends University this coming year, while Flores is returning to CCC to compete for the Ravens for another season.
