The senior captain of the Blue Valley Northwest football team will be staying in state for his college career.
Offensive lineman Brock Heath has officially committed to Kansas State, choosing the Wildcats over 13 other major Division 1 offers on the table. Heath had narrowed the decision down to KSU, Kansas, Iowa and Northwestern, with additional offers from Michigan State, Utah, and Illinois.
Heath is a strong lineman, standing nearly 6-foot-5 and weighing 265 pounds. He is considered a top-30 interior lineman in the country, and the seventh ranked player in the state of Kansas.
Heath becomes the Wildcats top rated recruit in the Class of 2025, ranking as a high 3-star recruit. He was 1st-Team All-State as a junior this past season, and will look to lead the Huskies to a state championship in his senior season.
