The Kansas City Chiefs will be doing more than just playing football this holiday season.

 

The organization has partnered with Hallmark to create an original holiday film, based around the back-to-back Super Bowl champions. The movie, Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story, will begin production next month, and will be filmed entirely in Kansas City, with certain scenes in Arrowhead Stadium, the first time a movie has ever been filmed in the venue.

 

The premise of the movie is based on a Chiefs super fan aiming to win the team's Fan of the Year contest, and developing romantic involvement with the team's fan engagement director.

 

No Chiefs players have been linked to the movie as of now, but the film will star Tyler Hynes, Hunter King, and Ed Begley Jr.
