A new era of Red Raven athletics has officially begun, with Bryce Saia taking over as Athletic Director.
Saia returns to Coffeyville after spending time as a coach on the football staff under both Skip Foster and Jeff Leiker. Saia is also a second generation Raven coach, with his father coaching with Dick Foster.
He says the transition was easier because of his roots in Coffeyville.
Saia has numerous goals for his tenure, with a major objective being to work on facility upgrades for the college. He says there have already been exciting improvements, with more to come in the future.
The Red Ravens have a legacy of national success in athletics, winning 11 team national championships, along with numerous individual champions, a gold medalist, Heisman trophy winner, and heavyweight boxing champion.
