Kansas State men's basketball has landed a transfer forward, after weeks of searching.

 

Former Samford forward Achor Achor has committed to KSU for his fifth and final season of eligibility. The 6-foot-9 forward spent two seasons at Samford, following two seasons at Chipola College in Florida.

 

He averaged 16 points per game on 59% shooting last season, across 33 games, also snagging six rebounds and two blocks per game. He saved his best game of the season for the NCAA Tournament, posting 23 points and eight rebounds in a loss to the Kansas Jayhawks.

 

Achor is the seventh portal add for Jerome Tang this offseason, and will play a major role in the front court with David N'Guessan.
