Kelce, Chiefs Agree to Two Year Deal

One of the staples of the Chiefs run of success is staying in town on a new contract.

Tight end Travis Kelce has agreed to a new two year deal to stay in Kansas City through 2025. He says he's thankful to stay home, and excited to get to work.

Kelce's new contract has a fully guaranteed $17 million salary for 2024, with an additional 17.25 million in 2025. The deal makes Kelce the highest paid tight end in the NFL.

Chiefs General Manager Brett Veach says Kelce is a unique player the organization couldn't lose.

Kelce is under contract through his age 36 season, increasing the chances he stays in Kansas City his entire career.
