Jayhawks Finalizing Deal to Play Duke

The Kansas Jayhawks are finalizing an agreement for a non-conference game against a major opponent.

KU is planning a blue-blood battle with the Duke Blue Devils for next basketball season. The game would be played at a neutral-site in Las Vegas in November.

Both teams are expected to be among the nation's best, with Kansas No. 1 in the 247Sports power rankings, and Duke close behind at No. 4.

Star power will be on full display, with the Jayhawks featuring KJ Adams and Dajuan Harris, transfers AJ Storr and Zeke Mayo, and top recruit Flory Bidunga. Duke features the top high school player in the nation in Cooper Flagg, as well as Tyrese Proctor and Caleb Foster as top returners.
