Kansas State lands a talented guard in the transfer portal.

 

Guard C.J. Jones has announced his commitment to the Wildcats after two seasons at the University of Illinois-Chicago.

 

Heartland Sports' Joe Tillery says this is a valuable guard for the Wildcats.

 

Jones joins Dug McDaniel in the KSU transfer class so far. Tillery says Jones and McDaniel will be a dynamic duo in Manhattan.

 

Kansas State is looking to ascend back to the top of the Big 12 conference, after finishing in a tie for 9th place last season.
