Former Red Raven Tylor Perry had a game-high 26 points, including 21 in the second half and overtime.
KSU stormed back from an 11-point deficit in the second half, snapping a four game losing streak.
Perry says the team never stopped believing.
Kansas State improves to 15-8 on the season, and will travel to face BYU on Saturday. The Jayhawks fall to 18-5, and host Baylor on Saturday.
