The Royals are still making moves with spring training just a month away, as the team agrees to a deal with the top Cuban prospect in the international signing period.

 

The club has signed shortstop Yandel Ricardo, ranked the #9 prospect in this year's class. Ricardo is 6-foot-2 and has good size and athleticism.

Additionally, Kansas City has signed Venezuelan shortstop Jhonayker Ugarte, Dominican shortstop Darison Garcia, and Cuban third baseman Jose Cerice. The Royals finish with four signings of top 60 prospects in this year's international class.
