Red Ravens Square Off with Dodge City

The Red Ravens are back on the road, preparing for a mid-week doubleheader with Dodge City.

The men aim to get back on track following a tough loss to a talented Garden City team. Head coach Jay Herkelman says, however, the team may be short handed tonight.

Dodge City isn't quite the regular season champions they were a season ago, but still feature plenty of talent. Herkelman says what they lack in size, they make up for in skill.

The Lady Ravens secured a nine-point win over Garden City on Saturday, and are currently in a tie for fourth place in the conference at 11-3.

Head coach Tony Turner is happy with the team defense, and says the league will only continue to get stronger.

Dodge City is led by sophomore guard Paris Santacaterina, one of the top all-around players in the league. Turner says the Conquistadors are impressive.

Coverage of the Red Ravens and Conquistadors begins at 5:15 p.m. on US 98.
