The Caney Valley Bullpups swept a doubleheader tonight against the Erie Red Devils; the guys won 68-46, and the ladies won 60-41.

 In what could be considered the guys best game of the season, great defense helped Caney erase a four point 1st quarter deficit while outscoring Erie 21-5 in the 2nd quarter. Colt Hightower scored 17 of his game high 30 points in the 1st half; Layne Denny added 14 for the Bullpups.

 Reid Duff led Erie with 23 points, while Ethan Dillinger fouled out with nine points. 
 For the ladies, Myra Denny led the Bullpups with 15 points; Kim Owen's added 12 and Alyssa Scott had 10 in the win. 
 Alex Pasquarelli led Erie with 12 points. 
 Caney's next set of games will be next week in tournament action in Ramona, OK.
