The Kansas Jayhawks wrap up their most successful football season in nearly two decades, matching up with the UNLV Rebels in Phoenix.

 

Tonight's game will be the 14th bowl game for KU in program history, appearing in bowl games in consecutive seasons for just the second time ever.

 

The Jayhawks and Rebels haven't faced each other since 2003, and are 1-1 in the two matchups prior.

 

UNLV has not played in a bowl game since 2014, and are led by Mountain West Coach of the Year Barry Odom, who led the team to the most wins in a season since 1984.

 

Coverage of the Jayhawks and Rebels in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl begins tonight at 6:30 p.m. CT, with kickoff scheduled for 8 on Greatest Hits 104.1 FM.
