Four Additional Raven Football Players off to Division 1

Coffeyville Community College continues to showcase talent on the football field, with four more players announcing their commitment to the Division 1 level.

Sophomore running back Ozarrio Smith will be heading to the University of Lousiana-Monroe, one of the top programs in the Sun Belt Conference. Smith averaged over five yards per carry in eight games played, splitting carries with Omiri Wiggins.

Defensive back Kameron Pearson commits to Texas State University. Pearson was a key part of the veteran defensive back group at CCC last season, along with Adrian Patterson and Jabari Tiller.

Freshman defensive back Lanard Harris will be playing at Tennessee Martin. Harris didn't see extended playing time on the field, with the experience in the room, but was a key contributor on special teams.

Offensive lineman Chayce Chadwick is heading to the Mid-American Conference at the University of Buffalo.

The Red Ravens have now sent six players to Division 1 from last season's roster, with more commits expected in the next month.
