The Nado boy's basketball team start the season strong with a dominating 60-26 win over Caney. The Nado would go on a 16-0 run through the second quarter finding themselves in a comfortable 35-15 lead at the half.

In the second half, the Nado used 58% shooting to extend their lead to 34 and secure a win in their first game of the season. Coffeyville was also 50% from three hitting 5/10. Zay Logan would lead all scoring with 16 points and Ke'Shawn Hayes would add 10. The Nado held a very talented Colt Hightower to just 11 points. The Nado boys open up their three-game slate at the Nowata Tournament with Oologah following the Lady Nado game on Sonshine 98.9 KQQF.
