The Kansas State Wildcats are out to prove last season wasn't a fluke, and that they are national championship contenders.
Jerome Tang enters his second season as head coach, and will be staying in Manhattan for years to come following a seven-year extension in the offseason. He says a big part of his early success is because of fantastic communication in the program.
One of the Wildcats' biggest additions was point guard Tylor Perry. Perry says it's a blessing to be back in the state of Kansas.
Perry will be expected to play a big role for this year's team. Tang says Perry is one of the best in Manhattan right now.
Kansas State opens the season against USC in Las Vegas.
