The Chetopa Hornets bounce back with a 52-39 win over Centre High School.  Head Coach Tommy Heatherly says they suffered some injuries during their last game and two guys stepped up to help them win the game.

The victory improves the Hornets to 5-1 on the season heading into a bye week and one game left on their schedule. Coach Heathely says that win locked up a playoff spot for them.  After having this Friday off, the Hornets end this season taking on Ashland. The Blue Jays are also 5-1.
