Kansas seniors Taiyanna Jackson and Zakiyah Franklin both made the all-conference team, while senior Holly Kersgieter was honorable mention.

The Lady Wildcats open their season on November 6th, with the Lady Jayhawks opening their season two days later on November 8th.
