The Caney Valley Bullpups improved to 4-1 on the season with a 48-6 victory over the Neodesha Blue Streaks. 

 The game started rough for both teams with turnovers by both teams. After a CVTD by Jackson Griffin, Neodesha's Cole Ramey took the kickoff and ran it back over 85 yards for the touchdown. The extra point was blocked, which kept the score 7-6 Caney.

 From there, the Bullpups scored 41 unanswered points. Ben Matthews returned a punt 50 yards in the middle of the second quarter, and the second half saw two more touchdown runs by Jackson Griffin, and a touchdown run by senior Tucker Garton.

 Neodesha falls to 2-3 on the season; they'll host Fredonia October 6th.

 The Bullpups improve to 4-1 on the season. They'll travel to Olpe to take on the Eagles October 6th.
