Travis Kelce returned to the field for the first time in 2023, and set a Chiefs record in his first game back.

 

Patrick Mahomes found Kelce for a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, the 47th time the Mahomes-Kelce connection has led to six points. That passes Len Dawson and Otis Taylor for the most touchdowns by a quarterback-receiver combo in team history.

 

Kelce had a relatively quiet afternoon by his standards, finishing with four catches for 26 yards and the touchdown. The Chiefs won the game 17-9, earning their first win of 2023.

 

Travis Kelce now has 70 career touchdown catches, which is seven away from breaking Tony Gonzalez's Chiefs franchise record.
