Jerome Tang and the Kansas State Wildcats have another player heading to Manhattan.

 

Former Mississippi State Bulldog and Providence Friar, Will McNair Jr, announced his intent to transfer to Kansas State earlier today.

 

McNair brings a massive physical frame to Manhattan, standing 6-foot-11 and weighing 265 pounds. The redshirt senior entered the transfer portal early last week.

 

The forward traveled with Providence on a summer tour to Spain last month, where he averaged nine points and eight rebounds per game, the best numbers of his career.

 

McNair will provide size and depth to the 2023-24 Kansas State roster.
