Coffeyville Community College Volleyball opens the 2023 regular season this weekend in Beatrice, Nebraska.

 

The Red Ravens will compete in the Southeast Community College Tournament both today and tomorrow, beginning with a double header this afternoon against Cloud County and Colby.

 

Sophomore outside hitter Sarah Madsen says everyone on the team is motivated.

 

Deardin Kelley enters her second season as head coach. Sophomore libero Alyssa Apel says she never felt pressure being a part of Kelley's first CCC team.

 

The Red Ravens are predicted to finish 3rd place in the KJCCC East this season, however both Apel and Madsen have lofty goals for the team.

 

CCC's home opener is August 30th against NEO at Nellis Hall.
