Tylor Perry Eager to Start in Manhattan

Former Coffeyville Community College Red Raven Tylor Perry is approaching his Kansas State debut.

The point guard will wear the royal purple for the first time next week when the Wildcats participate in an exhibition tour during their foreign trip to Israel and Abu Dhabi.

Perry says his leadership and experience will play a major role for this year's team.

Following his decision to transfer to KSU in May, Perry has been adjusting to the new environment all summer. He says Manhattan is different from anywhere else he's been.

A major factor in his decision, Perry has ties to Manhattan with members of the coaching staff. He says he still believes he made the right decision.

Perry and the Wildcats will play three games overseas, with the first game against the Israeli Select Team on August 15th at 11 a.m.
