The star quarterback for the Kansas Jayhawks was held out of practice yesterday.

 

Jalon Daniels was present at practice, however did not take the field for any reps, due to what head coach Lance Leipold is calling back tightness.

 

Leipold adds that a number of other players on the roster are battling minor injuries, including receiver Luke Grimm, and that injuries in fall camp are normal.

 

Daniels missed four games in 2022 due to a shoulder injury. He did make throws in practice earlier today, but is still being held out of full team activities.
