A new head coach has been named for the Field Kindley High School girl's basketball team. Coach Tyler Coots says the opportunity is something he is very passionate about.

Coots spent one year as an assistant under former coach Anita Walker and took over as the head volleyball coach last year. Coots says he already has a rapport with some of the players having coached them before.

Coots, who is keeping the head volleyball job, says he wants to build success in both programs. Coots will be the fourth Lady Nado coach in the last five seasons.
