One of the top 15 players in the Class of 2022 is in the transfer portal, and Kansas State is considered the favorite for his services.

 

Julian Phillips, a forward from Blythewood, South Carolina, played his freshman season at Tennessee, where he average eight points and five assists per game. The 6-foot-8 forward is also a naturally gifted defender.

 

Before Phillips committed to Tennessee, he considered Kansas State among his top options. With the return of Keyontae Johnson unknown at this time, Phillips could be the perfect player to fill that spot.
