The top college basketball player available in the transfer portal is visiting Lawrence this weekend.

 

Hunter Dickinson, a 7-foot junior, has been one of the most dominant forwards in the nation over the past three seasons at the University of Michigan. The former 4-star prospect made an immediable impact for the Wolverines, winning Big 10 freshman of the year as well as being on the all-conference team.

 

Dickinson has size and the skill to finish around the rim with both hands, as well as developing a jumpshot from both the mid-range and the 3-point line. He displays strong passing ability for a forward, and served as the leader and captain for Michigan over the past two seasons.

 

Dickinson is still considering Georgetown, Maryland, Kentucky, Syracuse, Villanova, Virginia, and Duke, among others.
