Wildcats Drop Tough Game with TCU

The Kansas State Wildcats were humbled in the Big XII quarterfinals, and will look to learn from an 80-67 loss to TCU.

KSU struggled taking care of the basketball, committing 20 turnovers over the course of the game. Desi Sills and Keyontae Johnson each had 14 points for the Wildcats, while Mike Miles Jr led the Horned Frogs with 22 points.

Kansas State coach Jerome Tang took responsibility for the loss, saying that he didn't do a good enough job preparing his team for the physicality of the conference championship tournament. Tang also vowed that this wouldn't happen again with his team.

The Wildcats finish the regular season 23-9, and will wait and see where they will go for the NCAA Tournament, and who will be their first round matchup.
