The Kansas Jayhawks are playing their best basketball of the season, and are beginning to look like a Final Four team once again after a win against the TCU Horned Frogs.
Kansas holds off a late TCU comeback bid and holds on to win 63-58. The Jayhawks improve to 23-5 with the win while TCU falls to 18-10 with the loss.
On a night where Jalen Wilson only scored seven points, KU was able to play strong defense, win the rebound battle, and do the little things necessary to leave Fort Worth with a win.
Gradey Dick led the Jayhawks with 19 points, while Kevin McCullar Jr also had 15 on the evening. The KU defense held the Horned Frogs to just 30% shooting on the day.
The Jayhawks stand tied with the Texas Longhorns at the top of the conference standings, and will travel back to Lawrence for a showdown with West Virginia on Saturday afternoon.
