The Caney Valley Bullpups had one of their strongest games of the season, as they defeated the visiting Commerce Tigers 57-35.

 The Bullpups scored 25 points in the third quarter alone, and never relinquished their lead after being down 3-2 early in the first quarter. Ben Matthews and Colt Hightower scored 45 of Caney's 57 points; Matthews had 24, and Hightower added 21. Hunter Beckwith led Commerce with 14 points.

 Team defense was key for the Bullpups, and crisp, clean passes gave Matthews clean looks at the bucket. 

 In the early matchup, the Lady Tigers defeated the Lady Bullpups 37-33.

 The Bullpups travel to Dewey Tuesday to take on the Bulldoggers.
