Coffeyville Community College men's basketball team is ranked in the top 15 to start the season.

CCC will head into the season ranked 14^th. Three other Jayhawk Conference schools are also ranked inside the top 25 to start the year. Hutchinson is the highest-ranked team at 13^th, Seward is at 16^th and Butler is ranked 23^rd. Despite being the second-highest-ranked preseason team, CCC was picked by the coaches to finish third in the conference behind Hutch and Butler.

Coffeyville is coming off an 18-13 season with a 14-9 conference record. The Red Ravens open up their season at home on November 1^st with a game against Southwestern College JV. Tip-off is at 7:00pm and the game can be heard on KUSN 98.1.
