The interim tag was taken off Melissa Anderson, as the ICC Board of Trustees has voted to name her the Athletic Director. Anderson added Athletic Director duties to her job in June of this year; she is also Head Volleyball Coach. Anderson has a masters in Education, with an emphasis in Sports Administration, along with her bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from East Central University. She joined the Pirates in 2021 as Head Volleyball Coach. ICC President Dr. Vincent Bowhay says her passion for students on and off campus made her the right choice for the job.
